The Foundations Program

For anyone new to CrossFit, we require completion of our Foundations program before attending our regular group classes. A core part of CrossFit is variety, which means lots of different fun movements and equipment! However, this also means that there are a lot of new things to learn when you first start. To help you get the most out of your time at the gym, we start you off with Foundations.


Our Foundations program focuses on teaching you quality movement patterns, addressing any past injuries or mobility issues, and taking the first steps of build a relationship with your coach. You'll learn many of the basic movements we use in classes, with extra emphasis on technique and time taken to review each movement in detail. Once you complete the Foundations program, you get the rest of your first month to try as many regular CrossFit classes as you like.

Foundations Schedule

Our small group Foundations program runs in two week increments, with four total classes. The classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm. The cost for the program is included in your first month's membership ($160), so you get four Foundations classes plus two weeks of Unlimited class membership. These classes always have two coaches on staff with a limited class size, so you get lots of one-on-one attention. To sign up, use the contact form below!

Private Foundations 

Many people prefer to learn CrossFit one-on-one with a coach, instead of in a group. If that sounds like you, OR you can't make the regular Group Foundations schedule work, we can set up one-on-one sessions instead! Cost is $199 for private Foundations +  two weeks of Unlimited class membership.
