The Foundations Program

For anyone new to CrossFit, we require completion of our Foundations program before attending our regular group classes. To help you get the most out of your time at the gym, we start you off with Foundations.


Our Foundations program focuses on teaching you quality movement patterns, addressing any past injuries or mobility issues, and taking the first steps of build a relationship with your coach.
